Great service, a little gem in the centre of Paris

Perfect, a quiet hotel, nice room of decent size for Paris. The location is great, with metro connections to travel across town. And of course all the shopping in the Grand Magasins nearby. A great find that I will keep in my bookmarks for my next time in the French capital. They booked a taxi for me that arrived on time in the morning, and whilst I was waiting outside with my luggage, the person at the front desk even came to inform me that the taxi driver had phoned up, to let them know that the road was being blocked by a lorry and the driver was waiting at the corner. Great service, thank you !

A small private hotel in a reasonably quiet street very close to Opera, Galleries Lafayette, Grande Boulevards etc. A nice room, wooden or in bathroom wood-imitating floors, windows (or doors to French balcony) can be opened. A room-specific air-conditioner. No baseline sound of airconditioning or other machine noise as is usual in big hotels. A closet but no drawers, that may be a problem if you stay longer and do not wish to hane underwear and other small things in your bag. A good bathroom, but to take a shower you need to climb into the tub.. A good breakfast , in French standards. Boiled eggs, youghurt, cheese, fruit...

We were supposed to have two interconnecting rooms with a double bed and a single bed. They gave us instead a small room with only a double bed. After realising the mistake they added a camp bed. As a consequence we could barely move around in the room. This is not at all what I booked and paid for and I asked immediately for a refund. They told me I’ll have to talk to the manager in the morning. But in the morning the experiment got even worse. They refused to reimburse me the difference for the price of the room they gave me versus what I booked. And claimed that the breakfast they offered as an apology should cover the difference. Baseline: I blocked my credit card payment to them since there is a very simple legal word for this behaviour. Note for families: on the last night we got the family room we paid for, only to discover that there is no heating in the room meant for the child. Overall, my experience has been just horrible - I would have never chosen to stay in these conditions travelling with a small child! Never again! Stay clear of it!

I stayed in this hotel in October before leaving the next day from Roissy, so I had a large suitcase and wanted a hotel near the train station. I found this hotel and it is great - the room had a double door, meaning that you couldn't hear any noise coming from the outside. It was spacious and very clean. Right next to the hotel there is a bistro, reasonabley priced and with good food. I had their breakfast, (15 euros) which was a little expensive for what they were offering.

We checked in last Dec14-17 in this hotel and we are so pleased with the location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff... the receptionist on duty we met on those days were very helpful, there was a demonstration on going that Saturday they let us wait till 10am just to ensure it is safe to go out and pointed out the areas we need to avoid... since the metros were shut down, they showed us near by places we can visit by walking.... i will definitely stay on this hotel again on my next visit to Paris😀
